Logging in on Safari on a Mac did not cause this issue. Only when trying to create a new map on my IPad. |

Hi @Sem178, that's because your subscription, does not include the option to create maps on an tablet device. You will need to upgrade to "education_extra" for this. See subscriptions. Regards, Rob |

I have purchased “rationale_extra” which is supposed to allow me to create maps on IPad, but attempting to start a map sends me to the subscription page |
