I am trying to add a user to a map for collaboration but each time I do I get a message - "Users not added - [username] (not found)". I am using his Rationaleonline user name not his email address.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I would like my class to collaborate as a whole group, but also share maps with each other. I have tried to enter their email addresses to create a group, but nothing seems to be saving.
