Invalid Payment

Hello,

One of my students is getting the following error message when she tries to buy a subscription:

"Invalid Payment

"There was a temporary problem when ordering. There is nothing ordered yet.

"Please try again. If the problem remains, contact us so we can solve the problem."

She tells me she's contacted her (American) bank and cleared the transaction with them.

I've instructed her to contact you but since we're almost in the third week of the semester and time is of the essence, and since this might help others too, I've decided to post about the issue here.
