Over the last year I have subscribed to using the desktop version of Rationale which has scalable EMF output. I have now subscribed to using the online Rationale Extra version and I cannot get access to the SVG and SVG2 output. Each time I try to use this advertised feature I get the error message "This function is not yet available". Please advise me how to gain access to to these scalable output features.

We will not support SVG and SVG2 for the foreseeable future, if you want scalable output you can use PDF. We will not support EMF because it is a windows only format.
