I have one problem using Rationale and hope you or your colleagues might give some advice. When I input sentences into any box using my native language (i.e. simplified Chinese) which is not in English, the box becomes as long as the sentence goes. This makes the box very long and difficult to read or print later on. However, when I input in English, there is no such problem. The box can automatically adjust into a suitable grid. Could you advise how I can solve the problem?

Solution: choose Chinese as a language. This option you find on the Homepage or e.g. at the bottom of your My Maps.
